YOGA JOURNEYS
Enjoy a morning journey with nature walks, yoga on the beach or SUP yoga or boat transfers to a different island, followed by a delicious vegan lunch.
Wellness Journeys take place each Saturday & Sunday
YOGA, WALKING & SWIMMING
This journey starts at 7.30am at the yoga centre.
Here you will be given your breakfast to take away. We will then walk to secret beach where we will practice yoga, pranayama & relaxation on the beach, followed by breakfast and a swim allowing enough relaxing time on the beach before walking back for lunch.
Lunch is vegan, highly nutritious and delicious. The journey will end around 2pm with a sharing.

SUP JOURNEY
This journey starts at 7am at the yoga centre.
Here you will be given your breakfast to take away, a paddle board and a paddle.
We will paddle to secret beach where we will anchor the paddles to practice a gentle yoga session and pranayama on the water, followed by a relaxation.
We will enjoy our breakfast on the beach and there will be enough time to swim and to explore the jungle.
We will then paddle back to the yoga centre to enjoy our delicious vegan lunch.
The journey will end around 2pm with a sharing.
Please bring a dry bag with you on this journey.

YOGA & SNORKELING ON KOH TAEN
This journey starts at 7.45am at the yoga centre where you will be given your breakfast to take away.
We will walk to the beach to take a long tail boat heading to Koh Taen.
Here we will practice yoga at 9am, followed by breakfast and snokeling.
After more time relaxing on the beach, we will return to the boat heading back to the yoga centre to enjoy a delicious vegan lunch.
The journey will end around 2pm with a sharing
