DAY 1
Arrive at your chosen accommodation to refresh.
Your arrival at the yoga centre is at 2.30pm for registration.
The program will start at 3pm with a talk, followed by a Yin Yoga class at 4.15pm
Dinner will be served at 6.30pm
followed by a silent meditation before resting
DAY 2-5
7-8am Meditation and pranayama
8.15-9.30am Yoga Class
9.45-11am Brunch
11am-2.30pm free time
-beach time, 1 massages + 1 Reiki + 1 sound healing session included
3-4pm Yoga Philosophy class
4.15-5-45pm YIn Yoga or Yoga Nidra
6-6.30pm Sunset on the beach
6.30pm Dinner
8-8.30pm meditation in your room

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are refundable until 15 days before the starting date of the course
Balance to be paid 15 days before the retreat stating date.
50% refund on balance when cancelled 10 days before the course starting date
No refund given when courses are cancelled less than 10 days before the training and after the beginning of the course
(in this case, the course fee can be used within one year for any course at Marga Yoga)
Booking taken through this site cannot be cancelled and rebooked through a different site and viceversa
