Abhyanga is a special type of Ayurvedic massage technique where warm oil is applied to the skin and the stroke applied are intended to remove toxins through the skin, as well as cleanse and moisturize it.  Abhyanga is also be used to soothe Vata, Pitta and Kapha Dosha imbalances which will bring deep relaxation to the body and a peaceful mind.
