The Chakra Detox is seven day program aimed at restoring optimal health and wellbeing by cleansing and rebalancing your body, mind and spirit.

You will acquire knowledge on how to eat healthier, think healthier and live healthier by simply becoming aware… most people believe toxins come from hazardous chemicals that they have no contact with, the truth is we live in toxic environments.  Toxins enter the body in many ways:  the food we eat contains toxins, as does the air we breathe, the chemicals we use on our body can be found, if tested, in the blood stream.  People can be toxic and emotionally draining, noise can be a pollutant that shakes our core. Even our behavior and thoughts towards ourselves and others can leave a toxic residue that contaminates our sense of wellbeing.

When polluted, the body will feel physical illness, just as the mind will be distressed and emotionally unbalanced when it is not cleared of the barrage of toxins that it is in contact with, daily.
